This page is devoted to solving Jockey wheel problems. As we all know that the standard 6" or 8" Jockey wheel that comes supplied to you with your caravan is designed to support the caravan when you un-hitch the caravan. It is not designed to move your caravan around the yard, using the Reich ECO mover system.

When you use the Reich ECO mover you would need to invest into a purpose build 10" dual wheel Jockey wheel that will give you a large footprint which will enable you to move your caravan over any ground easily and safely. The development of this Jockey wheel started almost six months ago, when customers noticed that they were bending their standard Jockey wheels on grass and sand. On top of this it also became apparent that the twin Jockey wheel needed to run freely on ball bearings and a solid 16mm axle. During our testing period, we discovered that any caravan that has a tow ball weight over 80kg should use this twin wheel system.

This Jockey wheel was introduced at the 2011 Sydney annual Caravan Show, at Rosehill and was accepted with great success and enthusiasm.

The actual weight of a complete Twin Jockey wheel is 14kg, so if freight is required it would need to be at your expense.
